How to list an item on FGBuyandSell

 

It's even more straightforward to post something to FGBuyandSell.

 

1. Click the Post your ad button. 

You’ll then be asked to Login or Register. Members need to create an account before they can post ads or save items to favourites. Enter your name, email,
phone number, address and the username and password you would like to use to sign in to FGBuyandSell.com then click register.

You’ll then be asked to verify your email. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be taken to your dashboard. Click Post an ad to get started!

 

2. Select a category of item.

Buyers can also filter listings by these.

 

3. Choose a Plan

Choose from Online Only, Basic Package and Standard Packages.

 

Online Only - Free 30-day online listing with up to 100 words and 2 pictures
Basic Listing - This package allows you to reach an even wider audience by appearing in a 3x1 box in Farmers Guardian print for 7 days and 30-days online.
Standard Listing - Maximise the reach of your advert by appearing in a 3x2 box in Farmers Guardian print for 7 days and 30-days online.

 

4. Enter an item title, description and price.

Include all relevant details to attract interest. Be as detailed as possible. If you're not sure what information you should add, think about what you would want to know if you were the buyer. Don’t forget to add your location, don’t worry, it won't reveal your exact address, only a rough location.

 

5. Add pictures

Add pictures to your ad by clicking Add Images and selecting the files from your computer.

 

6. Choose your feature options.

Features are ways to promote your ad and get more views. Our paid features offer ideal placement and unique, eye-catching characteristics to help you get the most out FGBuyandSell.com. Ads with features receive more views than ads without.

Priority - Show buyers that you’re serious about selling by adding Priority. Your ad will be placed on top of the search pages.

Highlighted - Make sure your ad stands out from the other listings by adding a Highlight to your listing.

 

7. Double-check your ad details.

When you’re ready, click Submit!
